Residence formula stays are from Saturday to Saturday (min. 7 nights) in high season and with a minimum stay of 3 nights in low season. Hotel formula stays are with a minimum stay of 2 nights in high season and free arrival/departure in low season. Additional services (beach / swimming pool / parking space) are at guests’ disposal from 12.00 pm on arrival day and by 10.00 am on departure day. Accommodations are at guests’ disposal from 17.00 pm upon arrival and by 10.00 on departure

Before your arrival you will receive via email the link to independently register all the data required by the central police station for check-in

From 2022 all the drinks at our bars and restaurants will be purchasable only by charging them on the room bill or paying by credit card – NO CASH. Upon arrival, a bracelet will be given to each family member in order to charge extra services on the room bill. Children under 16 will have a preset limit of € 20.00 per bracelet. Adults unlimited charges. The extras must be paid the evening before departure with return of each bracelet (penalty in case of loss or non-return). Only the reception accepts cash payments (limit € 1,999.00)

Upon arrival in the Residence formula, a deposit of € 200.00 is required for any damage and/or non-payment (credit card as guarantee)

The nearest railway station is in Follonica, about 3 km away. Public transport or taxi are also available

Included in the rental price, each housing unit has a shaded parking space. Possible second parking space upon availability (for a fee)

Coin operated luggage trolleys (only on deposit – not for a fee) are available in each parking area. Free porter service on request at the reception

Applied from 01.04.2022 to 30.09.2022 by the Municipality of Follonica for all guests from 16 Yo: € 2.00 per night per person in the hotel and € 2.50 per night per person in the Residence for a maximum 15 nights stay

In compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, pets are not allowed inside our resort

Any visitors of our guests must be registered at reception. However, they will not have access to our services (beach/pool/animation)

Our 42 hotel rooms are divided into Standard, located on the ground floor in the outbuilding on the park-side, in front of the main building, Premium, on the first floor in the central hotel building, De-Luxe and Suite located on the sand dune behind our Bungalows

Our 88 bungalows Located on three levels directly on the dune a few steps from the sea. All renovated with air conditioning, dishwasher and oven (except for the studios). In the low season the minimum stay in the apartment is three nights and Saturday-Saturday in the high season

Our 144 apartments are located about 400m from the seaside, our apartments are divided into Premium – renovated with air conditioning and dishwasher, and Standard – renovated without a/c and dishwasher. In the low season the minimum stay in the apartment is 3 nights and 7 nights from Saturday-Saturday in the high season

Our apartments and bungalows are equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment. Our hotel rooms have a mini-bar, which is not suitable for storing food

Our Bungalows and Apartments are equipped with crockery and everything you need for cooking, except for the moka pot, not supplied. Detergents, sponges and tea towels, beach towels and hairdryer (provided only in the renovated apartments and bungalows) are not provided. You will find a broom, dustpan and floorcloth. Everyday items such as washing-up liquid and other items can also be purchased at our minimarket > INVENTORY

In each apartment/bungalow at your disposal: duvet bag, sheets, pillowcase, small, medium and large bath towel, tea towel and place mat. An extra towel set per person, upon arrival, is provided in each Premium apartment and bungalow. Each bed linen/Towels change costs € 6.00/pers. For 2-week-stays or more, linen and towels are changed every Friday morning, but cleaning is not provided!

All our accommodations are equipped with their own exclusive wi-fi system. Free access also in the following areas: reception, restaurants and bars.

All our accommodations are equipped with satellite TV and telephone. Telephone consumptions are paid on departure.

A shady spot is reserved for guests: it includes 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun loungers and 1 deck chair, corresponding to the accommodation number. Possible placement in the first, second or third row. Complementary services, cabins, showers and toilets are included. The beach service is reserved exclusively for guests of Golfo del Sole. Service available from 12.00 pm on arrival day and by 10.00 on departure day

Our Bungalows, renovated Premium Apartments and Hotel Rooms are all equipped with central air conditioning. Standard apartments are not equipped with A/C

It is possible to request a cot and high chair for children up to 3, free of charge and on request at the time of booking. The child cannot exceed the maximum number of ppl. of each accommodation

Full board or “All Inclusive” formulas are not provided. Our bars and restaurants are at your disposal for lunch.

Half board in hotel formula costs € 33.00/adult/night and € 16.50/child (4-12 years)/night, drinks excluded. Half board in the Residence formula costs € 45.00/adult/night and € 22.50/child (4-12 years)/night, drinks excluded. Meals for children 0-3 years are on consumption.

Each housing unit is equipped with a safe for valuables. The Management will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of belongings that may occur. We recommend that you put your valuables and documents in the safe.

Extra cleaning in Residence formula € 30.00 each

The cost of final cleaning in the Residence formula is included in the rates. N.B. Cleaning of the kitchenette (dishware included) is not included: € 50.00 penalty will be charged if not cleaned

The doctor is available on request. For a medical examination or advice, contact the reception by 12.00 pm. Consultations must be paid directly to the doctor. There is a supplement for visits on holidays or week-end. In case of urgency call the reception (int. 9)

The holiday Village, located in a natural setting, can be home to cute little animals” (squirrels, lizards, geckos, mosquitoes, ants, field mice). All apartments are equipped with Mosquito nets for windows. In the sea, the presence of jellyfish or urchins on the breakwater is likely

The water of Golfo del Sole is subjected to performing analysis on a regular basis; however, we do not recommend to drink it. We kindly ask you to be conscious of how much water you use: use it wisely and efficiently, respecting the environment at the same time, thank you!

Our pool park boasts 3 outdoor pools, not heated. A main pool of 25m; a mediumsized one, suitable for children as well, is equipped with a slide and whirlpool with geyser and cervical jets; a swimming pool for the little ones that facilitates the first approach to swimming. Please follow the rules and timetables displayed at each pool entrance. Bath cap not required

For safety reasons it is forbidden to use personal grills. Golfo del Sole s.p.a. complies with the Fire Protection Laws in force

In compliance with the legislation for the disabled ppl., there are Nr. 2 fully accessible rooms in the Hotel (Family Premium), Nr. 4 Premium apartments (2 type 1041 and 2 type 1051) and Nr. 2 two-room bungalows (type 1021) > dedicated page

In respect of all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the silence during the following times: 11.00 pm – 08.00 am / 13.00 pm – 15.00 pm

Any forgotten items will be shipped with shipping costs to be paid by the recipient, or if not requested, kept in stock until the end of the season of the current year, after which they will be disposed of or given to charity

Sundays at 10 am, welcome drink and weekly programme presentation at “la piazzetta” snack-bar. The programme includes various daytime and evening activities both for children and adults. Miniclub for children from 4 up to 7

Several play areas are available for children: on the beach and near the mini golf course, on the south side of the holiday village (near the apartments 280 and 320)

The mini golf, with an 18-hole course, located right in the centre of the holiday village and embedded in a botanical garden, is at daily guests’ disposal. Clubs and balls are available, upon deposit, at the reception.

Two synthetic grass tennis courts are available to our guests. Individual, double and group lessons for all levels from beginners to more experienced players (for a fee) with SUNBALL TENNIS ACADEMY instructor. Fee service, upon availability at the reception

A synthetic grass five-a-side football pitch is at our guests’ disposal. Hours: 10.00 am – 13.00 pm and 15.30 pm to 22.00 pm (excluding hours occupied by animation activities)

A true oasis of pleasure for fitness lovers. Overlooking the swimming pool park, this area is equipped with modern Technogym machines.

The beach volleyball courts are located directly on the beach

At our Nautical Base it is possible to rent pedal boats and SUPs. Wind-surfing courses for a fee about 1 km from the Resort

Bikes and rickshaws are available at the reception, for a fee. Reservations are required only for rickshaws.

Bike storage service, safe and with video surveillance, where you can repair and wash your bikes (for a fee)

Ping-pong tables are next to the mini golf. Rackets and balls available at the reception for a deposit

Located to the side of the central building. Variety of food products but also sea items, books, newspapers, national and foreign magazines, accessories. Open every day 07.30 am – 13.30 pm/16.30 pm – 20.30 pm
